JOIN OUR CAMPAIGN TO REACH NEW AUDIENCES!

Our impact campaign is at the heart of Been Here Stay Here. This film was made with a faith-based audience in mind, and we’re working to bring it directly to the communities it’s meant to serve. Through screenings in churches, community centers, and schools across the country, we aim to spark meaningful conversations about climate change that are rooted in shared values and a sense of collective responsibility.

WHY SUPPORT THIS PROJECT?

Unconventional filmmaking requires unconventional support.  Been Here Stay Here isn’t your typical climate documentary—it’s a deeply human, deeply hopeful act of bridge-building. At its core, this project is about reaching across one of the deepest divides in our country and inviting faith-based communities into the conversation about the climate crisis in a way that feels personal, relatable, and respectful.

This film was made with a clear and meaningful mission: to spark conversations about climate change that transcend political lines and reach the people and places that are often left out of the dialogue. From churches to community centers to schools, we want to connect directly with those audiences because we believe that’s where real change begins. But to make this vision a reality, we need your support. Together, we can bring this story to life and inspire action where it matters most.

YOUR DONATIONS ARE TAX-DEDUCTIBLE

All of your contributions will be channeled through our fiscal sponsor, the Maysles Documentary Center. They’re an incredible organization dedicated to fostering community and creativity through documentary film—something so beautifully aligned with the heart of this project. 5% of the proceeds will go toward supporting their work and covering the administrative costs of managing this process. The rest will go directly to supporting Been Here Stay Here—helping us bring the film to life and out into the world, where it can spark the conversations it’s meant to inspire.
